Baldev Jandu founded JBS Green Builders in 1991. Young and ambitious, Baldev moved to the United States to establish a memorable company. It was Baldev's dedication and integrity that built his reputation for 

high-quality work. 

Family has always been a big part of Baldev's life and he has treated his company as such. When his daughters started showing the same passion, it was inevitable that they would follow in his footsteps.

Over the last 30 years, Baldev's honesty and reliability makes JBS the great company it is today.

Shony Jandu is the eldest daughter of Baldev, whose passion for construction and real estate took place when she would accompany her father at his job sites from an early age. Shony then took that knowledge and moved on to working for major construction and real estate companies in Los Angeles. With over 10+ years of experience in both fields, Shony has managed to build trust in clients throughout Northern and Southern California.

Riku Jandu is the third daughter of Baldev, who also grew up in the construction and real estate world. Her passion for integrating the newest technologies ensures that JBS will run as efficiently as possible. 

Growing up in a family company taught Riku the importance of working in a cooperative and respectful manner.  Client and employee satisfaction is one of her main priorities.
